Set up your surface, I like to lay down a paper towel in case of any ink spills in order to prevent staining the area I’m working on.
Unscrew the pen and carefully disassemble the cartridge/converter from the feed (I find a twisting motion can help pull it out if its being stubborn)
If refilling with a new ink make sure to flush the pen cartridge or converter as well as the feed and nib with distilled water until it runs clear (tap water is fine too but could have particles in it that may clog up the pen over time)
Shake up your ink bottle to distribute any pigment evenly before extracting with the blunt tip syringe.
Keeping the ink cartridge vertical so none spills insert the syringe and fill to the desired amount, don’t overfill though in order to prevent spillage and making a mess.
Keeping the cartridge/converter vertical re insert it into the pen feed until secure, re assemble the pen and hold vertically to allow gravity to suck the ink into the pen feed.
Take some scrap paper and test out the pen to get the ink flowing through the feed smoothly.
Clean the blunt tip syringe by rinsing it with tap water by filling and discharging it until clear or dissasembling and rinsing thoroughly.
